We hear it often: "Waco NEEDS this space. Women need this space."
We couldn't agree more.
We're building a community here that is unlike any other.
Nowhere else in Waco will you find women's liberation, community care, mental health, and equitable access as explicit core pillars in a business values.
(Much less within the fitness industry.)
But that's because we're about more than just getting leaner and stronger on the outside; we care about how you feel on the inside. And we know that these days, self-care is truly REVOLUTIONARY.
Society makes you feel like you're only worth as much as you can profit or produce (including children and a perfect home), or how pretty you are.
But we say fxck that.
You MATTER. You don't need to check off any boxes to be "enough," to be worthy of unconditional love, care, and support. Though many of us felt like we were never enough to our parents, partners, or professors, it's time that we own that we are intrinsically enough, just because we exist. Because we are divine souls, full of love, and with breath in our lungs and a purpose on this planet.
At TurnUp Waco, women are becoming healthier, more vibrant and feeling fully alive. We're breaking down old ways of thinking, doing, and being that no longer serve us, and building new legacies of health, healing, and wholeness to pass down through our lineage and our communities.
Our authenticity and creativity is flourishing.
We're healing, laughing, and dancing with wild abandon.
We're growing in strength, confidence, and commitment - to the woman in the mirror.
We're moving in the energy of radical self-acceptance, self-belief, and abundance.
We're done with self-abandonment, minimizing and suppressing certain parts of ourselves that have been labeled as too weird, too loud, too deep, too bold, too soft, etc. We're OWNING our uniqueness as our superpower.
We're coming home to OURSELVES and remembering who TF we are.
