Hope Balfa, MSW, CLC is TurnUp Waco's founder, owner, and lead instructor. She holds a Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Social Work from Baylor University and is a Certified Life Coach through the the Inner Glow Circle- the 1st internationally accredited life coaching program for women, by women. She is passionate about helping women overcome obstacles and create a life they LOVE - becoming their fullest, freest self.

Hope is experienced and skilled at helping you navigate the hard parts and feel prepared and powerful to get where your heart and soul desires to be! Together, you'll co-create a Glow Plan & you'll have Hope's accountability, reassurance, and guidance to lean on when you lose your footing or simply need a reminder of your "why."

Hope's style has been described as "therapeutic" life coaching and is ideal for someone who is self-aware, and already engaging in other forms of therapy and healing, but who need more pragmatic, forward-facing plans and structure to create the big and small changes you crave. She offers 1:1 Life Coaching and topic-based Intensives for individuals and groups.
